The coffees and selection was all really great.
Breakfast buffet - Same everyday but no complaints. Apparently theres a swimming pool in the basement or something but I wasn't really interested. Bathrooms look tired but could mostly be fixed with a good scrub in the cracks. Theres a menu but it seems they order it through uber eats or something. I find the place decent although I would get the same room in Thailand for 35 euro. The bathroom still looked dated and crusty around the edges and also the entire floor floods each time you shower. Much the same as tthe first except that I tried the breakfasts. Did not try the breakfast as I had to fast. She immedietely realised her mistake but I recommend just paying it at checkout to avoid any issue. Things that stickout in my mind were the stained bathroom floor and being asked to pay the 2 euro city tax at checkout when it was already paid. Purely for it's proximity to a nearby hospital where I was getting some stuff done. The breakfast was substantial, and the 24-hour free beer, wine and snacks were also great. Our room had a mini-fridge and a microwave as well as a small balcony that overlooked La Rambla. Actually, the room were very large by most European standards. The rooms were clean and large, and the bathrooms and showers were great. He was working very hard every time I saw him. The staff is great especially the you man that helps with the luggage.
They have a great security system and the interior of the hotel, while dated is nice ad clean. You have to go up to the first floor to get to the lobby. There are three hotels that occupy the building. The entry is a little hard to find and sketchy to say the least. The location is perfect, right on La Rambla, close to the squares and near the cruise port. 0.11km from downtown This is a solid three-star hotel once you get inside.
